The standard live chat operating hours are from from 7:00am-3:00pm AEST and again from 11:00pm-7:00AM for international customers, Monday-Friday
It also operates from 10:00PM-2:00AM AEST on Saturday & Sunday, to accomodate for customers in different time-zones
