Warranty Returns

All of our products are covered by a 12 month warranty for your peace of mind, warranty returns and services are free of charge.

If within 12 months from the date of purchase you experience a fault or issue with your product please contact us and we will process your claim.

We will first assist to find a solution for your issue, if the issue is diagnosed to be a fault within the product then we will repair or replace the product with a new one.

In the event of a warranty return in which it is deemed that the product needs to be replaced or repaired, we will cover all costs to return the faulty product and for you to be sent out a replacement product.


Warranty Procedure

For warranty claims, please contact us at customercare@eurostyletuning.com.au to request troubleshooting assistance and diagnosis.

If we diagnose a fault with the product, we will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without an approved warranty claim will not be accepted.


General Returns

Our 30-day Return Policy allows you to return your item for a refund if you change your mind, choose the wrong product, or have any other reason within 30 days of receiving your item.

General returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, never installed and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.


General Return Process

If you wish to return a product, you can email customercare@eurostyletuning.com.au to request a return. We will then send you instructions on where and how to send the item back. Please note that we will not accept any items that are sent back to us without prior request for return. It is your responsibility to return the item in perfect condition.


Damages and issues
When you receive your order, please inspect it and contact us right away if you notice any damage or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make things right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunding process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method, with processing times varying depending on your bank or credit card company. Please be aware that it may take some time for your refund to be processed and recognized.
